RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Theatre Auditorium (max 220 people) - $130 FOR 3 hours

Projection Equipment (operated by Kiwanis Staff Only)

Upper Community Room (max 35 people) - $75 for 3 hours

Lower Community Room ( max 65 people) - $75 for 3 hours

Kitchen (max 4 people) - $100 for 4 hours **absolutely NO GREASE cooking**

Want a private screening of a current film. Fees are $130 for the Rental, $300 for the Royalty fee and the $100 Damage Deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund should COVID restrictions change & impact the rental date. Events cancelled with more than 7 days notice will be refunded the full amount of the total payment less a $50 administration fee. Events cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee including the damage deposit.

CLEAN UP

Facility to be cleaned after each rental by Rental Group. Minimum of 50% of deposit to be retained by Kiwanis if the space rented is not left in pre-rental condition.

INSURANCE NOTE

The Forest Kiwanis Club liability insurance DOES NOT cover you & your group in case of accident. It is recommended that you understand your risk related to liability insurance and arrange the coverage needed for your own peace of mind & safety.

Payment options

#1- two cheques made out to Kiwanis Club of Forest (one for rental fee and one for damage deposit) Bring day of before rental starts.

#2- Other pay using debit or credit day of the rental (plus a 3% charge)

Events cancelled giving more than 7 days notice will be refunded their full amount less a $50 administration fee. Events cancelled giving less than 7 days notice will be charge 50% of the total reservation fee.

**Note – Cleanup is required of all rentals (damage deposit will be forfeited if facility is not clean)**
