#1- two cheques made out to Kiwanis Club of Forest (one for rental fee and one for damage deposit) Bring day of before rental starts.
#2- Other pay using debit or credit day of the rental (plus a 3% charge)
Events cancelled giving more than 7 days notice will be refunded their full amount less a $50 administration fee.
Events cancelled giving less than 7 days notice will be charge 50% of the total reservation fee.
**Note – Cleanup is required of all rentals (damage deposit will be forfeited if facility is not clean)**
